  2. Once you receive your RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team. We will guide you through the exchange process and ensure you receive the correct item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
