At SockSpot, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered efficiently. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping, delivery times, and associated costs.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

SockSpot ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please note that delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses may take longer than standard shipping times.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SockSpot is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

SockSpot is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. International Shipping

Currently, SockSpot only ships within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations. Please stay tuned for updates.

8. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may result in delayed delivery or returned packages. SockSpot is not responsible for delays or additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
